People that actually want to improve their skillset, having that opportunity to do so, the PTO, work from anywhere, and people who are humble.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am fortunate to have a director who actively cares and works to ensure our department is doing okay and is up to date on the changes (and there are a lot).
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a very diverse team and we all share our interests. We have a lot of fun on my team and the leadership within my dept works to have online games and contests to keep us engaged.
