Their level of transparency with every single person on our team provides a lot of trust that you don't find many places.

The opportunity to see all sides of the company and being able to meet so many people from departments all across the company.

The attention to detail about the little things that really make a difference in people's lives. Have you seen our maternity/paternity leave policy? I mean come on.

The constant support and willingness to lend a hand whenever it is needed. No one task is made just for one person; it's a team effort every single day.

I work with a group of very likeminded people and we all come to work with the same focus and determination to continue making SalesLoft as amazing as it is!

The best thing about the ELT is their transparency and desire to see every single person who walks through the doors of SalesLoft succeed! I have never worked with a more encouraging, supportive group of executives. They want you to win both personally and professionally!
