My experience has been equal parts challenging and rewarding. Even on my worst days, I felt extremely grateful that I love the people I work with and ultimately being able to serve them is a privilege.

That it meets my personal needs and continues to get better year over year.

The smaller the win, the better. It shows that the journey is just as exciting as the end result.

Being able to problem solve, collaborate, and sell a product that is transforming how organizations sell to better the lives of their consumers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The healthcare and abundance of options has been extremely beneficial, especially in the new world we live in. I never feel like I am unable to take time off.

My team contributes to our company wide meetings, our customer's success, and lift their peers up. The level of respect and drive is unmatched and makes work exciting and challenging.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone around you is top talent which naturally makes you continue to level up - personally and professionally. Its nice to be surrounded by people who represent and live the core values.

Transparency, open-minded, and live by our core values. Our leadership showcases their appreciation for their employees through benefits, perks, internal trainings, and hiring top talent that they allow to flourish rather than micromanage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone wants the best for each other. Everyone wants to win. We all are confident in our ability to succeed so there is immediate trust and respect for one another which allows collaboration and genuine celebration for eachother.

We are honest and vulnerable, which allows us to have healthy conflicts and quick resolutions. We celebrate each other's wins as much as our own, and find fulfillment in being able to develop skill sets outside of our title.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Being able to explain my decision making and how I navigated my career was extremely impactful. I not only enjoyed sharing my though process, but also the positive outcome and all that I was able to learn. It painted an accurate picture of my skills.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The top grade allowed me to really shine a light on my decision making process and the skills I was able to build to showcase my ability to do the job at hand. I had never done that style of interview and now I recommend everyone take that approach.
