I love the ability to take PTO when I need it. Because SalesLoft does such a great job hiring highly motivated and skilled people, I don't see it getting taken advantage of.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Although, it was very time consuming, I like that there are multiple steps in the interview process. I also liked the ability to speak with the COO as a part of the process.
