SalesLoft is a great organization that understands the importance of culture and moral. The only downside? It depends on your view, the organization is so fast paced it can be difficult to remember to slow down and celebrate.

It is thorough. They spend enough time to fully vet candidates

The openness and focus on problem-solving. At SalesLoft we don't dwell, we exceed.

They are regularly on the floor, interacting, and connected to the pulse of the organization.

They are open and transparent making me feel more connected to the organization as a whole.

It's inclusive. Everyone is given a voice and we are encouraged to lead with honesty resulting in better relationships.

It was so thorough and, as such, long. But this is what allows the company to vet prospective employees properly.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

How supportive the team is and how clearly the company sets its goals. Busy isn't a problem, it's a fact of life, and understanding the company goals lets everyone focus.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Our leadership team is always listening and works to lead by example. While they have some weaker points I love how transparent and honest they are with the team. The listen, acknowledge, and address.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The vacation policy! They require all lofters not work the last week of the year and to take at least 1 week of vacation a year. This forced workaholics to take their time. Otherwise it is untracked and encouraged.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We have great values but it is the rigor each lofter puts to inward reflection on those values, what they mean to them, how to live them, that it is OK to fall short as long as you acknowledge and try again.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The extra company holidays like summer Fridays, rest days, and the last week of the year off. We are so fast-paced many lofters need this time to recharge, we love what we do so many don't take advantage of the unlimitted PTO and these benes address that.
