Complete transparency and openness to feedback. They make me feel heard and do not shy away from constructive criticism. I can tell they genuinely care deeply about me and my coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We truly live out our core values. They aren't just feel good phrases for others to see. This has intentionally instilled a strong culture of caring about our customers and each other. Coming to work each day is a joy.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to solve challenging problems that stretch my abilities each day. This sounds like it wouldn't be very sustainable, but the culture at SalesLoft has provided for a robust support structure that allows me to take risks without fear of failing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was deep dive into my history, not a quiz of my abilities. I didn't have to memorize formulas or facts. I just had to explain how I got to where I am today by explaining my decision making process. It really felt like a therapy session.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is highly collaborative. We work together to proactively solve the challenges we face. I never think "it's all up to me" or "if I don't do this, no one would." I know I can trust my team to quickly and efficiently give me feedback or ideas to get me back on track if I get stuck.
