What is the best part about your compensation package?
SalesLoft continuous to be innovative with benefits that puts employee health and wellness first. This year we were given rest days every other week during the pandemic. As well, they gave us the day off to vote!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They operate with integrity and transparency. Our leadership team is a model of our cultural values and created a trusting place to work. They are the absolute best leadership team I've had the good fortune to work with!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone across the company is committed to upholding the integrity of our culture. We model from leadership to individuals. The culture is part of who we are as individuals and collectively as a company. It's the best I've ever experienced!
What did you like most about the interview process?
There were two unique aspects to the process. First, we have a culture interview to ensure a fit which is hosted by people outside of the team I was joining. Second, we did a "Top Grade" which is designed to learn about the person and their history, not what's on their resume!
