What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works hard, collaborates well, always ready to jump in to help, and likes to have fun. It's easy for us to work together because we enjoy our job so much.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me, I am at the junior level and have a ton to learn. Everyone I work with is inviting, eager to mentor, patient, and facilitative with my growth. It means a lot.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and superiors have high expectations of me and my work ethic, but not unreasonably so. They care about my well being and personal success along with my work success. They care about my mental well being and encourage balance to ensure my happiness in what I do.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I could go on forever about SalesLoft's interviewing process. It was the most in-depth and longest process I went through, but easily the best. I was able to talk about my experiences and past, my drive to work for the company, all the while feeling comfortable and confident while interviewing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
What isn't the best part of our compensation package? if I had to choose, the maternity/paternity leave. I have not even experienced this at SalesLoft but seeing my coworkers receive time to be with their families, a year supply of diapers, and meals delivered to their door shows how much they care.
