I feel valued and important, and they make you feel like part of the family from day one. We have a ton of great perks and they regularly send us gifts while we're remote. It's a nice reminder that they're glad to have us onboard.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like interacting with my team.

It was very thorough and they gave a lot of information.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Were tight-knit and really support each other. We actively work to make sure our teammates succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency, compassion, and general care for our well-being. Far more than other companies I've worked for.

I love the people I work with and the exciting product we get to sell and share.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Super smart, super interesting people. Everyone helps out, everyone wants to see each other succeed. Incredibly supportive culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid competitively for the city I'm in and my experience level, plus received a merit bonus pretty early in my employment.

It was a thorough but fair interview; there were many rounds but everyone I spoke to was really kind and made me feel comfortable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Tons of transparency -- we always know what's going on and what is in store for the company. I also love the open door policy; no one is too "important" to talk to or question.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're WFH right now, but they are keeping the culture alive by sending of swag boxes, creating happy hours and events, and keeping in touch casually through slack to make sure we all stay connected.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They told me one rate in my interview, and then actually raised it by 3k when delivering my offer. It made me feel like they realized my worth and made changes to recognize the value of my work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone tries to stay really upbeat, even when things are tough. At times it can feel almost like toxic positivity, and I've been afraid to truthfully voice when I'm frustrated. But overall, it's a happy place to be.
