Genuinely invested in each other. Team over self is a big core value that we truly live.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't necessarily feel undervalued but we are very much aware that our compensation needs to be reviewed in order to stay competitive. I know for sure I could make more than what I am making today at another company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It is super thorough - SalesLoft really cares about making sure that candidates fit into our Core Values. However, it is relaxed and smooth when face to face time. Even pleasant. AND then those that interview want to really make the cut and be part of this awesome company.
