Fair/above market pay rate. Equity options in the company. Affordable health insurance, etc. Company contributions to an HSA on my behalf.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There seems to be a true and legitimate care for the employees more than just their capacity to provide for the company, but also for the person themselves.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There is a very deliberate way the interview process is set up to make sure that the candidates and new employees brought into SalesLoft are a good fit, not only for SalesLoft, but for the person too.
