Everyone is very motivated, collaborative, and willing to jump on a call with you at any given time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
If you over-perform, you are compensated more for it, and there is an even split between base and commission, which is comforting.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the interview that included two people from outside of my position org. It gave me a good feel for the company as a whole and how all departments work together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency from our leadership team is outstanding. We have open Q&A every other week. They also ensure that there is a work-life balance, which other companies like to say they have, but SalesLoft actually truly honors.
