I had a topgrade with two leaders in my department, and I felt that they used that time to get to know me as a person vs. simply learning about my work experience.

The leadership is transparent about the current state of the company. They have also demonstrated humility and a willingness to change and learn. And of course, they've done a great job of creating a healthy culture and a growing business.
