The people I work with. Regardless of in-person or remote, the people I work with bring me joy everyday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way everyone is encouraged to be open, vulnerable, and transparent. They have managed to create a safe space where people can bring their entire selves.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They lead by example. All members are very transparent and open about their personal lives and work lives. It acts as an example for everyone at the company. They are all true serving leaders.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the way they measure people's values BEFORE they begin working. Our core values interview process is meant to dive deep into someone's background, motivations, etc. This allows people to truly understand what someone is about.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all really true to each other and willing to be helpful. Everyone is always looking to make each others' jobs easier if possible. I love each and everyone one of them individually and on a team level.
