What is the best part about your compensation package?
Commission is on very fair, achievable but not easy accelerators that drive the right behaviours. Basic salary is above average
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed meeting people from different departments and going through different challenges. The lengthy interview process helps convince me that the team are superstars
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very aware of company mental well-being, growing fast but taking the right precautions to prevent burnout. Always looking after us and helping us grow as individuals in our careers. Incredible given the size of the company now
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Unlimited paid leave that is taken seriously, giving us the flexibility to take well earned time off as and when we need, whilst having the trust that we will work extra hard when in for the privilege.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are all superstars, SalesLoft only hire 1.1% of their applicants and this shows. Everyone in the team is a culture fit whilst being a superstar in their own position. I learn so much from them whilst having a great time!
