We live our core values - definitely not a poster behind the reception desk. People that care about people. Both upwards and downwards
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think that they are truly trying to do the best possible to elevate our compensation packages compared to other companies, I would like to see a more competitive 401K, however.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are not afraid of being transparent and vulnerable. They truly care about their employees and questions of any kind are always allowed. SalesLoft promotes clear and open conversations at all times.
