Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I personally feel that $10 an hour is too low of an amount to get paid. It’s very hard to live off of $10 an hour and getting paid biweekly doesn’t make it bet
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to talk people out and honestly see a change in it. To have really generous customers who aren’t understanding and who can work with you. But honestly, it is super hard having to deal with these customers sometime
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are a really good group of people who know what they’re working with. They are all licensed and they are able to help me at any time. The one downfall is that they can be understaffed at times, meaning you get more hours, but they are also always cutting hour
