No work life balance managers work 45 hours weekly stores are open for business 10 hours a day 6 days and 7 hours Sundays budget hours to cove a store with 600k volume is 113 including mgr 45 hrs with a sendus of 5 PT assoc. not enough hours to go around so turn over is high and with $11 an hr

Widen out and practice one team one goal not just talk about it

Satisfied customers especially when the come back to show off their results from the help they receive
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Provide support especially from RD & DM they act like they are exempt and limited to just sending 200k emails during the day every time something changes and expecting a response or a follow up while you are covering sales floor all alone because of constant call outs .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Experience tenure work load should account for something not at sallys 8f you are a friend of DM.or a RD the pay is fair and atleast $7 or $8 more than a manger running the same volume store as the none friend of upper mgmt same goes for promotion otherwise the only growth is mgmt.never more
