My interview was good but since my current manager was hired she says negative things about staff members and gossips then hires the new staff
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our raises are only a few cents every 6 months I have worked with sallys for almost 3 years and make only a bit over minimum wage
