My management and coworkers with no boundaries.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being responsible, accountable, and willing team members to address, discuss, and solve problems that arise in the workplace.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Title IX isn't being enforced, drama is the focus of work, and customers are not being provided with the necessary knowledge or experiences they should be.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Honestly, 300 characters isn't enough. I don't see any option for compensation that wod be viable, I would rather just quit than work in the environment my Sally's store has provided.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I think coworkers who sexually harass others should be fired. Along with that, coworkers need to be able to understand that there has to be a line between work and social life and that the two aren't a package deal.
