My manager was a bully she would pick on the clothes I wore the shoes I wore etc. but if another employee wore the same thing she wouldnt say anything to them. I felt attacked on many occasions and she never did anything but sit in the back on her phone watching netflix on her phone and eating.
What makes you most happy at work?
I made great friends while i was there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My fellow employees not the manager she was terrible.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Picking better leaders the employees work their tail off and the managers do nothing its crazy!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My fellow employees bust their butts and work so hard and are friendly and supportive minus the manager.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay $10 an hour and you bust your butt to be treated poorly the manager was terrible and then i tried to get in touch with the district manager and he wouldnt even give me the time of day.
