Absoulute garbage. All upper management is so disorganized and we have been without a manager for months!! Our DM is a joke and I am expected to keep the store running for little to no pay
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Giving proper raises and credig where it is due. And actually hiring a DM that knows what they are doing
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am worked to the bone and I do a lot for a store that I dong even manage I have asked my DM twice for a raise and she has refused both times. And we are getting payed below minimum wage in the state of Marylanf as well.
