Pay is terrible, i had a GREAT manager until she left because they refused to give her a couple weekends off each month (because she worked everyday and had no life other than her job) my location seems to be going downhill. Higher ups say no ones interested in manager position so it might be months
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As someone who went to cosmetology school and decided that I like teaching about hair rather than doing it, I feel like im not paid fairly. no one at my location is. We do way more than what our job description is and still get paid crap.
