This is the absolute worst company I have ever worked for. Their practices are completely unethical and some even straight up illegal.

Leading. They don't do anything good.

Clearly they don't interview well given the quality of their employees.

Everyone their is the most unprofessional, immature people I have ever met.

Everything. I did not have one good experience working for this company

They need better managers. Better policies. Not force employees to shove the Rewards card down customers throat.l
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This whole company is a joke. They basically want you to lie to customers. Nothing could make it better except completely changing the way they function.
