I got lucky with my location, the managers and my coworkers are super nice and very chill, but customer service/retail is awful and to be honest $15/hr and nice workers are not enough for that.

Interacting with my coworkers, they're very much like my friends
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
better pay and better benefits would be nice to be honest.

They are very kind and understanding towards employees and value their health as well as the customers.

Everyone is nice for the most part, some are a bit too strict with their own work and other coworkers' work though.

Questions were actually related to what it will be like to work there and they ask what you can contribute to the team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friends with each other and if stuff can't get done because of some unforeseen situation, then the managers are very kind about it, though I've heard it's not as great at other locations.
