I love my job because i love people but the managers and higher up can be pretty and messy. Create a fair work environment. Stop talking aboutpeopleand encourage people. If something isn't right tell them how to fix it respectfully. Support one another. We dont have to be best friends..let's work!

I was hired on the spot. But now there is a 2 or 3 part interview and it's totally unnecessary
