The only good person in that company was let go after I was made manager and she was amazing. The team I built for my store was pretty amazing too but, I was not trained right. I was thrown in to a position I knew nothing about and was expected to do an immaculate job

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Improve on their punctuality, time management, and communicating skills.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They should clean house and start over from scratch
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to work better together as a team in general. Communication skills definitely need to be improved.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The corporation as a whole is lacking in delivering the right information to the designated stores making a lot of monthly sales very confusing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The hourly pay is what makes someone feel undervalued. I put in over 55 hours every single week, especially when I took over that store and became store manager. They never show gratitude when it was due.
