I feel like I have a career where I will be happy and successful for many years to come. Not to pull THAT card, but as a millennial, I did not think I would ever have the level of content in a workplace like I do at Sallys.

They actually know how to lead/delegate unlike managers in every other job I've had.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with a successful team. As well as data entry. That's a big part of my job, and I really enjoy it.

I was temping here for almost a year when I had a conversation with another department head, within a week I was full time
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have each others back. When one of us is having a bad day it's not "oh I'm sorry your work load is tough." It's "how can I help lighten your load"
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe that we are truly inclusive. Of course this is always something to work on, but I consistently see culturally blended teams with no if ands or buts about it.
