My coworkers are great people but there is a lot of confusion and a huge lack of communication when it comes to higher up.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It literally took ten minutes and most of it was just the manager explaining duties.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Associates need more benefits and stores themselves need more payroll hours instead of cutting hours each week yet expecting stores to overstaff.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are all hard-working people, but the manager will sit in the back room and watch YouTube videos all day until she decides to leave an hour early.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hours are constantly being cut yet associates are expected to hold the store together and do everything, yet we have absolutely no benefits. It takes forever to build up any sick or vacation time.
