It is draining. Expectations are usually unrealistic. There is a huge disconnect between associates and district managers. District managers are toxic and dismiss all concerns and expect you to make your quota so they can get their bonus. They only care about getting their bonus.

My team is open to suggestion. We all learn from each other and work well together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are scolded for everything. There is no incentive to work hard. Key holders do assistant manager work without being compensated properly.
