I am currently at the south burlington location of Sally’s and there are only 4 other part time workers and we have no manager. I have received about 5 days of training before being left alone with my coworkers to run the entire store without a manage
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The coworkers I have are very nice.

They are in the same situation as me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping customers and leaving at the correct time.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They hired me, but couldn’t give me a concrete start dat
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I do not have a leadership team. We have no store manager, the district manager is unreachable (have called multiple times with no answer).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a part time worker and am working 6 days in a row, am expected to open/close by myself with little to no training, I am not able to take breaks because the store is too busy. I have had to stay 30 to 60 minutes late past closing.
