There is no leadership team.

I got the job, but they couldn't give me a concrete start date for a week.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am part time and am working 6 days in a row, have stayed past closing for over an hour, do not get meal breaks due to the busy store, am undertrained and expected to open/close by myself.
