More inclusive and more help with big moves and changes that are physically demanding
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Including everyone in decisions. Not overworking their people. Reward and incentivize the ridiculous requests that are fulfilled. No one wants to take their job seriously when you arent being compensated for your time or hard work. Minimum effort for minimum wage.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued because there are many requirements that have to be fulfilled and we never gain anything for achieving the goals. Work open to close by myself numerous days because we are understaffed and no urgency to hire by management. Not paid for extra efforts.
