I love working for sallys however I dont appriciate the way i am treated by my manager. Shes very unproffesional and has no care that we have lives and problems outside of this job. Shes very careless ane doesnt do half of the things expected as a manager

Most of my coworkers are great but nobody speaks up about the way we are treated
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do a lot for this company i believe i am a strong worker and i dont get any recognition for it. Nothing would make me feel better then to just leave the company
