Transparent and supportive of growth
The direct manager was doing everything and anything that they could to make things work... going ABOVE AND BEYOND to make Samsung's poor decisions benefit the company. Everyone above the manager was just ignorant or lacked common sense in how to perform their duties and goals.

we should focus on tool to grow people
It should feel more like a big family who supports each other, but we are all just too busy working over time or just thinking about getting home early that day to actually be working more efficiently or talking to one another. We should be a better team together.
