- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Things have seemed to become more about the "numbers" of the business. They don't actually care about the employees. A LOT of extreme micromanaging by certain supervisors. Would be nice if they seemed to actually care about us. High morale in the department will make employees want to work harder.
