Its been up and down. Mostly down due to the managers and the overall environment.

Non-judgmental managers and no favoritism.
What are some of the best things about your team?
they work hard and as long as they're trained well they do an awesome job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focusing on their work and making their department better. They need to give credit where it is due. Acknowledge their teams hard work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
its not a welcoming environment. The atmosphere is so negative on any floor. I think if they did a remodel and changed the furniture and colors on the floor it would be a lot better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued due to no acknowledgement of the hard work i do. I would feel better if the company paid for the parking and gave paid vacations to the departments that do not get every holiday off.
