morale is low due to excessive cost controls for a company earning $200mm+ in net income most quarters.
Micromanagment, the almost daily beat downs,more recognition for the good ,more reasonable QA expectations 95% should always be passing ,AVP should be put on the phones first an hour a day at least to be more in touch wtth what reps deal with daily and they should be require to make 100%
