    This company needs an escalation team this will.give managers and leads more time for training and coaching ,this would prevent managment from being annoyed for having to handle irrate customers ,it would also make it quicker for call backs on customer complaints.
  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
    Micromanagment, the almost daily beat downs,more recognition for the good ,more reasonable QA expectations 95% should always be passing ,AVP should be put on the phones first an hour a day at least to be more in touch wtth what reps deal with daily and they should be require to make 100%
