That you can take personal time off when really needed. Or can take FMLA to help a loved one or fir yourself

If the pay was fair across the board.
When you work and earn your bonus....but....you turn in your notice....you loose your bonus...only reason given is that you turned in your notice..!! Completed my 2 week notice, I had to move due to Covid.....absolutely nothing to do with my work......Think about that!!
I see such opportunity for growth.
I feel undervalued due to no acknowledgement of the hard work i do. I would feel better if the company paid for the parking and gave paid vacations to the departments that do not get every holiday off.
