Santander's Executive Team is ridiculously tone deaf. Constant emails on company performance are meaningless when the corporate office is located in a city where more than half it's employees can't afford to buy a home on their salary.

When you work and earn your bonus....but....you turn in your notice....you loose your bonus...only reason given is that you turned in your notice..!! Completed my 2 week notice, I had to move due to Covid.....absolutely nothing to do with my work......Think about that!!
I see such opportunity for growth.
I feel undervalued due to no acknowledgement of the hard work i do. I would feel better if the company paid for the parking and gave paid vacations to the departments that do not get every holiday off.

Actually perform their work duties
Micromanagment, the almost daily beat downs,more recognition for the good ,more reasonable QA expectations 95% should always be passing ,AVP should be put on the phones first an hour a day at least to be more in touch wtth what reps deal with daily and they should be require to make 100%

Honesty in what is expected
This company needs an escalation team this will.give managers and leads more time for training and coaching ,this would prevent managment from being annoyed for having to handle irrate customers ,it would also make it quicker for call backs on customer complaints.

Honesty does not exist....only ways to collect fees
its not a welcoming environment. The atmosphere is so negative on any floor. I think if they did a remodel and changed the furniture and colors on the floor it would be a lot better.

Santander needs to understand the nuances of millenial culture, the rise in single income homes with stay at home partners, the level of flexibility when it comes to choosing an employer.
The morale is horrible because there is no consitancy.
