What is the best part about your compensation package?

They are not compansating us thoroughly

the whole remuneration package is very good

It's fair to those who are responsible.

Retiree benefits, short term and long term bonuses.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The medical aid that is compulsory , is exorbintant and i can barely afford it , and there is no alternative

We keep getting more work and we get increases once. No bonus last year

Undervalued as the role I am in does not report into head-office

I'm a family man of 5, a housing allowance of around R4K isn't sufficient enough especially around Secunda where I'm currently leaving in a R13K bond house. I had to resign from Sasol and find a better job for me to qualify for a bond here. Because of family, I had to settle for less pay at Sasol.

We are not able to get promoted
