I'm a family man of 5, a housing allowance of around R4K isn't sufficient enough especially around Secunda where I'm currently leaving in a R13K bond house. I had to resign from Sasol and find a better job for me to qualify for a bond here. Because of family, I had to settle for less pay at Sasol.
