A good employer. They took care of us during COVID crisis whilst other companies laid off people, Sasol kept us employed with benefits. Work life provides opportunities in scope, special projects, and career advancement.

Im still a Learner Process Controller however i feel like i already belong, each day its a productive experiment to learn from. The company has various benefits that employees are entitled to and safety is their most priority when it comes to the safety of people & the environment.

The company has lost touch with its people and continues to neglect them

They are not compansating us thoroughly

the whole remuneration package is very good

The medical aid that is compulsory , is exorbintant and i can barely afford it , and there is no alternative

Line managers do very little other than instruct on things they cant themselves fo
