What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Walking the floor and listening to feedback. They stay on the top floor and don't descend from their tower where life is soft
Eat lunch in the restaurant with employees. Get rid of the private chef.

The medical aid that is compulsory , is exorbintant and i can barely afford it , and there is no alternative
Line managers do very little other than instruct on things they cant themselves fo

We keep getting more work and we get increases once. No bonus last year

Stop pulling each other down
Less talking, lets plan and do the work
Learn how to work and put in effort. Too msny meetings, not rnough executing
