Leadership at Schlumberger is not for about their decisions, work culture is really bad, duringcovid company had fired many people. They do notcare about their employees at all. All ybe written policies and diversity and inclusion statements looks good on paper but in reality it's totally opposite.

Everything, they must stick to companies values. But in reality no 9necares about that
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is not as per the industry standards, all the perks and benefits are given to leadership team and above managerial levels. Freshers and mid level employees doesn't receive any benefits
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of people have accepted the hire and fire culture of the organization and no one is really bothered to bring new initiatives or put of the box thinking all of us are either trying to save our jobs or searching for new jobs
