What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation as a mobile worker which provide a full package inclusive of housing allowance, schooling allowance and even vacation entitlement (travel cost) when internationally assigned

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The measure of the work is normally more than it should be and there is no recognition for it when all goes well. There is too much sarcasm and behind the curtain criticism. It feels more like a politics game than a team and there is no interrest in changing things for the better.

Some of the equipment is pretty good and there are moments when you are out of the country, in delegations to different Schlumberger bases when you feel appreciated.
