Allow line manager to control their business, limit the amount of internal initiatives, reward performers instead of promotions needing to be fixed step processes through internal systems
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes, undervalued. Stock options are worthless because we could not support the business during the downturn because authority to make decisions was pulled from the front line managers. We need more rewards for the mid level managers/employees that are the nuts and bolts of the business
