My dbl is a nightmare and makes working at this job almost unbearable. Heather on the ceva team will tell you to falsify logs to gain more hours, give you grief for not wanting to take a broken trailer and good luck getting home on time. They will give you grief about that too.

My only coworker is my dbl and she is a nightmare to work with.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating with the ceva team and scheduling and taking the time to listen to what their drivers are telling them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When they say they will give us layover pay for having to sit all day they should actually give it to us.
