General management bulk don't return calls or emails unprofessional

Compensation needs to be from a competitive market in your area

Pay more money and gimmicky sign on bonuses

A fair bonus which now its not

When they say they will give us layover pay for having to sit all day they should actually give it to us.

They are very safety oriented and have never tried to push me when I've used my stop work authority and shut down for weather or anything else.

Happy driving Happy customer. Align pay with competitors, communication with drivers . Not responding to emails is non productive unprofessional affect on-time delivery when drivers are looking for guidance there is none
